October 2009 - Bassist Rich Moore Relies on Traynor Bass Gear

Rich Moore

Bassist Rich Moore has adopted the popular Traynor YBA200 All-Tube Bass Head and TC808 Cabinet as his main rig for his upcoming tours with NewWorldSon, among others.

An accomplished upright and electric bass player with an extremely busy recording and touring schedule, Rich has had need of ultra-reliable, ultra dependable gear.

"I happened to try the YBA200-2 on a whim during a break from recording our new record and knew right away that I had to have one," explains Rich when asked about his new rig. "It is truly a powerhouse and extremely versatile. Whether I'm playing electric bass or upright it delivers every night and the tone is amazing."

Choosing the Traynor YBA200-2 and TC808 cabinet was an easy decision for Rich. The North American made YBA200's all-tube signal path, simple control panel and versatile tone make it a solid foundation for rock, blues or country bass tones. Everything a versatile and in-demand session player could need for both upright and traditional electric basses.

"Traynor has really outdone themselves with this whole bass amp line - great products that stand the test of time and the rigors of touring. Couple that with being 100% Canadian made and the two-year unlimited warranty - good luck beating that..." he adds.
