I'm Jean-François Robitaille, 45 years old from Gatineau, Québec.

I'm a high school music teacher, head of the music concentration program at the Nicolas-Gatineau High-School in Gatineau, Québec.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teaching for Laval University.

Although I graduated in bass trombone, guitar has always been my passion for the past 32 years playing in numerous bands through the years. Before I got into teaching, I work 17 years as a sound technician doing studio and live gigs all around the province of Québec and Canada.

For the past 3 years, I've been playing guitar with a band called The Beat-Nics. We are a band formed by high-school teachers and we promote school perseverence through our music.

Our reputation is growing outside our school's walls and teachers from other high-schools in Québec are doing the same now.

I've been looking for a good amp for a long while now and bought a Traynor YCS90 lately. It is THE best amp I've played for the money... PERIOD!!! That amp sounds as good or better than many amps twice the price, I was ready to spend more money on an amplifier than what I paid for the YCS90 but the sound of that amp made it clear to me that I did not have to spend more to get awesome clean tones and great tube distortion in a light, convenient 2x12 combo. This is a well designed amp that deserves to be played.
